The basics......

Lockdown changed us all in many ways  - but for us, it developed our interest in indoor plants. The interest grew – We found that the environment that we could create in our own home was so much better with the creative use of plants. OK, it’s not quite like having an adoring dog or a disdainful cat – but they are living breathing things that require your care and attention. We wanted other people to enjoy them as much as we do. So we founded IndoorPlantsParadise – and we wanted to provide the kind of service and value for money that we as a customer, would want. We are convinced that if we can provide this then we will have happy and loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Order over  £100 - FREE

Standard Delivery

£4.95

Express Delivery

£9.95

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £30 for postcodes E7, E11 and E12,

Free local delivery is available for orders over £60 for postcodes E6, E10, E13, E15, E17, E18, E20 AND IG1.

Deliveries are made from 9am - 4pm Mondays to Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at the checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at indoorplantsparadise@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
